Well, I am kind of mad at myself. I am supposed to be getting more sleep, but I spent the night at a friend's house and we ended up being awake until 6:30. I will regret that. In the morning, we ate and then I went home. I ended up having to ride my bike back down to her house to return a UBS chord that I used. After I got back, I was bored. But then I started to get ideas of a bunch of things to do, so I started to right them down. My main project of the day was to move the furniture in my room around. I started to do this at about 2:00 P.M., and I ended at 7:00 P.M. This was because in the process I could NOT stay focused, I kept getting destracted over and over again. It took forever! I took most of the stuff out of my room, vaccumed, and brought it all back in. Then I took the stuff off of my desk, dusted the desk, and put all of my stuff back on in a different arrangement. This alone took me about 2 hours. Then, since I got a black light 2 years ago and it has still not been hung up, I figured my dad is never going to get around to it. So, I went into the garage and grabbed a hammer, got some nails, and just did it myself. After deciding where everything should stay (which I forgot that I was doing in the process of it, it took me a while to remember what I was originally doing) I brought out my bird cage to get it cleaned. I have 3 parakeets, so it can get really messy. While my mom cleaned it out, I played minecraft with my brother, mainly to get him to shut up about it. But I had told him that I would earlier, so I had to stick to my promise. After I had dinner, I finally finished my room. I put all of my blankets and pillows back onto my bed after being on the floor since May (that's where I slept). I redid my room because I wanted to put my stuff back on my bed, and I don't want a big empty gap of space. Also, I just wanted something new to look at. (P.S. after cleaning the carpet and moving and removing things, my room looks a lot bigger) I want to start sleeping in my bed so I am not in reach of a charger for my iPod, encouraging me to go to bed earlier. I think that since I won't be able to be on my iPod as late, it will help a lot. After finishing that project (FINALLY!), I made a system for tracking my moods. I figured that I can just record it in the morning before I go to school, in the afternoon when I get home, and before bed. That way, I won't be as tempted to keep track of how I am feeling constantly. Do you think this will help me stop over analyzing? Well, the first try didn't go well, so I ended up ripping apart 2 hours of work on a chart (I am a bit of a perfectionist). So I came up with a different system where I just record how severe my mood was, and if it was low or high, at the designated times. This worked a lot better. So, I got a lot done today. Even thought it took FOREVER to complete it all.
