Are you feeling stressed? Maybe holding in things? It's okay to cry and let things out. I know it's scary after what you've been through.

You're probably depressed. Sometimes it catches me off-guard and I don't even know I'm depressed until I'm so far down the pit that my wife has to yell down to me. Everything seems fine. I have nothing to feel that bad about and yet, I am still depressed. Let yourself cry a bit, but don't let yourself stay there. Watch a sad movie if you feel the need. Sometimes we need something like that for catharsis. However, watch a good comedy afterward! Let it be, then let it pass. It will, too.

Another thing, when I got out of the hospital in August, I was depressed. I cried a lot for no reason. It was like my body was grieving over all the physical illness I had been through. I don't much about ECT, but it is a physical thing that happens to you. I think although you're better now, your body is still healing and for some reason that cna make you feel down.

You maybe right just my body needs o catch up but other than that I'm very happy just kind of in the mood for tears. My emotions have been all over the place lately.
