Hi,
I can't remember if I took my pills in the morning or not (Lamictal and Wellbutrin). It's probably better if I don't take them, better than take them twice right? What do I do tomorrow, take them like normally?
Please help, I'm confused. I've never forgotten the morning meds yet.

I would just skip them and resume as normal in the morning. No you dont want to double dose yourself. And dont panic, it will be ok. If you get anxious about it, then ya you will feel worse. I had forgotten my meds many times and missing one dose never really had any effect.

And for the future, maybe get one of those little pill things for the week? I can NEVER remember if I take my pills or not. My husband puts mine in the container for the week in the am/pm slots and when I start to second-guess myself whether I took them or not, I can just go look and see in the slot whether they are there or not. It helps me feel better to just know and not wonder. Hope this helps! <3

I literally depend on my med-minder to cue myself as to whether or not I've taken my meds on a given day. There've been times when I couldn't remember if I'd taken my pills 30 seconds after doing it, so I'd just skip them rather than risk overdosing myself.

I hate the chore of filling up the little boxes each week, but it's worth it for the peace of mind.

Thanks everyone,
I tried not to panic, everything was okay. Having a trip to the pharmacy today to buy a pill box
I graduated master's three days ago (still have one to go, I'm doing a dual master's degree) - anyway I was so happy that I forgot everything else, including my meds. Maybe I should post this as a success story, because I'm in a so much better place than I was a few months ago.
I'm a lurker on this forum and I must say, keep up the good work everyone! I'll try to participate now and then, now that a huge load of pressure has been relieved.
Thanks for this!
