Hope everyone out there is doing well, and those that aren't are getting the help they need.

Hope everyone is adjusting to the time change. Sorry to say that the sun will be hiding its vitamin d from us for a little while. Glad I'm on afternoon shift now. The go to work in the dark and go home in the dark routine almost killed me last year. But now I get to sleep in or enjoy my mornings, work through the evening, and enjoy just a small taste of the night life before going home and either sleeping or staying up and watching tv or catching up on the days' social media feeds.

I've made quite an investment into a new hobby: Reloading my own firearm cartridges. I'm hoping that this structured, precise, absolute mental focus requiring activity will not only help continue my un-medicated balance, but help to prevent the winter blues/cabin fever, which in the past have always led to moderate to severe depressive phases for me.

I've also begun reading again. Action novels are my cup of tea, with the "Bob Lee Swagger" line of sniper novels by Stephen Hunter being my favorites. Stories of extreme shooting accuracy only help to feed the excitement I have for my new found hobby, though I have yet to begin because I must first construct a bench from which to work. Should have one banged out in the next couple weeks

Love life is non-existent at the moment, which has its ups and downs. I'm free to do whatever I feel and have no one's schedule to work around. It's fairly liberating. However, this sitaution does prevent me from enjoying one of the most stress relieving, mood altering activities I have ever engaged in. You can guess what this activity might be But oh well, there will be plenty of time for that

Just thought I'd give everyone out there in PC land a quick update. Feel free to hit me up with a PM if you wanna chat. For example, what's y'alls feeling on the results of the recent election

Missed you guys

Good to hear from you again. Your earlier post was good to see and I was hoping you'd do an update as well. And here it is.
Sounds good. Reading. I should get back into that too. It's been awhile. I used to get several books out of the library at the same time. (Oh, alright, a stack!) Which was kind of stupid, as I'd never get to them all before they were due(!).
Heh. I've got the same relationship as I've had since about a week after I joined PC(!) Which is probably a better order than the other way around, haha. Not that it couldn't well have been the other way around, as we've both got mental issues, some same, some different, so it can get to be quite a roller coaster. We've currently got a major LDR going (thousands of miles) so I hear ya, lol!
