people should be more embarrassed for asking dumb questions!...

Lia honey....want a metaphor?

imagine a genius artist a painter brilliant...she has every colour imaginable and even more colours un-imaginable and even just utter black!...and pure white even!

...anyway genius she puts up her canvas in her 'studio' every day every hour every minute...ready to paint and apply her wonderful assortment of colours her gift...BUT

she wanders off "life" weird all distracts her poor thing....and she has many experiences.......all unknown to her

she returns to her 'studio'...unaware she even left...stumbles across her canvas all of a sudden and believing inside it was blank and fine! ...it's now bizarre frightening painfull chaos tormenting...where the hell?...WTF?...where the hell did this picture?.... when did it get painted on me?

MOOD EXPLOSION!

we don't process things like the others....

Hugs it's horrible to feel so out of control... Other people don't help with their stupid questions. Hope you get through the day get some good s and wake up feeling totally restored.
Maybe there is something worrying you in the back of your mind that needs addressing or maybe you are a bit strung out and overwhelmed...
Thinking of you and wishing you the best.

Thinking of you. I'm like that at the moment. There just aren't any triggers for the tears. Try go somewhere private and let them out

Hey Trippin,
I hope you feel better soon. I often wonder if being overly emotional comes in the package with being bipolar. Happens to me a lot. Hugs.

False alarm!FIGURED IT OUT! Genius that I am! The lady I sit next to (we're friendly) confided in me about her marriage ending the other day.Well today,I was crying, heartbroken EVERYTIME I WAS WITH HER.It was her heartache not mine,or my bipolar. Ok, maybe a little of my bipolar... I only realized at 3 coz I was feeling better for the hour I was away from my station, and when I sat down next to her, the floodgates opened again. So I asked her what happened lastnight,NOW the tears make sense.Still stupid tho

I forgot this happens to me, gosh Idk when last I was aware it even did... But after talking to her, and hearing what went down between her and future ex hubby, it all makes sense. And she confirmed it, coz she said everytime I broke down, it was when she wanted to, but wouldnt allow herself to...

Stupid brain, I have enough mood stuff, and now I still get other people's too...
ugh, atleast I know I'm fine and not heading down hill.

Thanks for the support tho, even tho you shoulda given it to her

One things for sure tho, I gotta get me some rest. This whole experience has exhausted me, I feel drained, and my shoulder muscles ache from the stress of it all... Couldnt even bring myself to eat today, at this point I'll enjoy cardboard for supper! Cant sit next to her tomorrow again, will choose a different coaching assignment...

You have to imagine covering yourself with some sort of mental structure... it can be a ball like shield (some people create it using their hands to slowly wave them around their body, while imagining enclosing themselves in the sphere...), a "suitcase" in which you lock yourself, an indivisibility coat... whatever works for you... you just have to visualize strongly when creating the shield.

Is there some verbal reinforcement to go with it? Does that help? I dont want to be like lame Spiderman 'go web go' trying to figure this out... I'd really like to try it...

Just an idea too Trippin, but you were thinking about hard stuff the night before too, stuff that would make anyone's shields go down, and more emotional. I think that kind of stuff leaves residue and makes us more sensitive to our environment even if we think we closed it all up.
