Got akathisia. Restlessness and need to move. It got so bad that I had another voice in my head tell me I should kill things!
Now I'm off the Saphris and on 4x the ativan. Stupid brain! I want to cry.

 . I took Ativan but I still want to scream and scream! I don't have that other voice telling me to kill things though. It told me I should! I got so scared I call per. My pdoc thinks I'll be better with Ativan up the wazoo. We'll see.

Moose, when I was looking into Abilify and afraid of akathisia, p-doc went through a whole list of meds that help with that, starting with cogentin. I know it is not fun, taking extra meds, and ideally you should not have to do it, but... just mentioning as an option. Cogentin, propranolol, and something else he mentioned.

Bit jittery. But nothing like I was. Haven't had my morning Ativan. I have errands to do! One of which is get more Zyprexa and they're having issues with insurance so down the street having breakfast at big boy. Still hafta do grocery shopping for Thursday.
