I am wondering if anyone else feels completely normal most of the time, major depressions that last a month or two, frequently and happy, happy, busy busy times only once in a while. I truly am mostly "normal." Can anyone relate? I guess I doubt the BPII diagnoses to some degree and am not sure if I am just depressed and a drama queen.

Hi Gelatas,
it's midday here in Europe, so no worries about the time and welcome to the forum!

Yes I feel normal most of the time, I have bipolar I. Since I've been taking my meds, I only have a depressive episode once in a long while, and I very rarely have happy happy busy busy manic times. I did have one devastating manic episode with psychosis when I first got sick, but since then, I've been mostly normal or depressed. And a drama queen, that's so me

Are you taking any medications for your bipolar?
