Just joined you all today.Ive been diagnosed with bipolar and struggle with life,just managing daily things and taking care of my family is so difficult.Look forward to being with you all and getting to know you

Hi Fizz, I am also in the UK in Hertfordshire. Great to see you here, there are some fantastic, supportive and knowledgeable people on this forum. Perhaps we can chat sometime again soon, just pm me anytime. I know what you mean about juggling it all. take care for now and speak soon
