This has always been one of my biggest issues with BP. I have been married for almost 9 years and my DH is completely perfect for me. But the hypersexuality piece has been BAD lately and it's driving me crazy! I'm having trouble sleeping, the whole nine yards. I'm not acting on it, but still. DH and I have talked about it and we are having sex more often even to see if that helps, but it's like it's not even really about that. Does that make sense? Can you relate? What helps?

DH?? For me I act on it. I have a gf and we have sex several times a night whenever we are together. That usually gets me through. Otherwise porn and masturbation gets me to sleep. Still horned up 24/7 as always

Yes, masturbation seems to be a way to let DH sleep.

Darling husband .
I kinda wish I had your problem, I have zero sex drive although that's probably a good thing since I'm single.

Yes, DH is husband, sorry. I do masturbate sometimes before bed because otherwise I can't sleep. Sigh. I wish I could just turn it off sometimes. Never thought I would say that!
