damn I'm stupid for having a go at this one it seems surely impossible!
...and only because I got a preference!

one things for sure...there aint no shutting down the brain....not for long anyway...realistically...and besides!....off it goes and makes up it's own business based on the stuff I'm trying to forget or ignore or replace...
and often I'm asleep during or just flipping out awake!

are they all the same? my memories from the same place inside me about the outside me?...sure don't 'feel' that way!

mania memories and depression memories and manic depression memories and ...something spiritual in-between!...memories!

what are the real ones the ones to trust?...they all cause me anguish just for being inconveniently all there at the same time!....or is that what 'normal' is?

...and my interpretation is the really screwed up bit?...

now that doesn't help much maybe I should forget about it

Prev Meds: Geodon (God NO), Prozac (induced mania)

Other medical conditions:

Osteoarthritis both knees
COPD (emphysema)
Obese
