being hopeful is remembering the future

...something most difficult to do when distracted by the past...embittered...overwhelmed...dis-enheartened

...in the here and now

if there is one gift that every bipolar person ...even further still!....every person experiencing mental illness...blow apart my rational brain!

...one gift?...the thing is "expectation"

....sometimes? well it might hit me tomorrow or in minutes or in a few hours when I want to give up...!

cos I forgot I want to survive this undefined madness..

musta' had a better idea!....

I want my future to have me in it....just a coping me...thats all
