Seen some interesting behavior from my mom since she arrived Sunday. I don't think I have ever seen someone be jealous of someone who recently died... very strange. She is quite jealous that my sister and brother in law are feeling down and grieving his mother who passed a few weeks ago. She literally made a big deal to me about it and to my other sister later. I can't even describe it.. Her shaking her head in disgust, and saying " gee how long is this gonna go on, life goes on", "were they even that close?" Umm yes it was his mother, oh remember my sister lived with his parents for years.. talked all the time, enjoyed each other..grandmother of their children Stuff like that... so foreign to me.. she gave birth to me and raised me...

I am taking her snowshoeing on friday whether she likes it or not.. I am going to make it the longest damn snowshoeing trip EVA!!! Hehehe... I m thinking about 5 hours and she will be to tired to talk or move for the weekend.

BTW... my stove is not clean enough.. I should have moved that desk.. My rice cooker needs replaced, as well as my microwave apparently.. I make coffee way too strong... and I eat to much hummus.. And why is there no meat in this crazy house.. my mom wanted you guys to know.. as well as everyone else.. oh and I am still too underweight.. obviously I am not eating like I said I was...

My new plan... enjoy every minute of it.... Oh my stove isn't clean enough ?... I am going to find some sheer utter enjoyment in all the wrong things... maybe that's terrible of me.. but everything she decides to throw her meaness at will become my new pride and joy!! I will just sit back and watch the show...:mexican:

I think in the morning I will make the coffee twice as strong as I usually do, maybe I will even leave crumbs on the counter.. just for fun!!!

That's a great idea James haha!! One of my kids got a big crumb ( if you can call it a crumb ) stuck in the toaster this morning, when I was making my son toast later today the whole thing caught fire!! It was pretty fun... Too bad mom wasn't there for that.

what do you mean it's not 3 scoops of coffee per cup?? Granted I do put about 1/12 per cup now.. It's not that strong, it's pourable still. Better than teacoffee, that kinda transparent coffee people make where one tiny drop of cream turns the whole thing white... I don't get it..

Aggh I am too wound up now to sleep, exticed to employ my new plan.. Better than the crying I did today when my other plan failed.

In other news my oldest son is now taller than me. Measured yesterday... I am still greiving being the biggest in the house.

Anika!

Your mother sounds like my sister in law (who I live with). Tea-coffee! You sound lie me -I use 3 scoops to 2 cups! If coffee isn't strong then it isn't bloody coffee! My sister in law is such a bundle of anxiety and obsessiveness that I keep threatening (in my head) to crush up a xanax and add it too her coffee. I would never do that but I just wonder sometimes if that would calm her **** down!

Have fun snowshoeing.

Crazy your mom is jealous of a person passed away. But, my step-mother is jealous of my mom, and she's passed away 20 years now. Granted my dad tells anyone that listens that if she was still alive, he would be with her and not my step-mother. Not like he doesn't discuss her faults or anything, but it's clear he loves her more and my step-mother is a place-holder.

Your mom is annoying me, and I haven't even met her.

Mothers. My thinks there's ONE AND ONLY CORRECT WAY to peel oranges and make tea (but her way is HORRIBLE. she pours boiling water over leaves, let's it sit and pours more boiling water).

and the worst thing? we are gonna end up being just like them one day.
