since many new members ask... and there's been few good threads and talks about it (especially from genetic), but it gets burried and not read?

I think that's a great idea! There are quite a few informative threads that could be used for info, like Gen's advice on lemon water and caffeine sensitivities, but they get buried so easily coz this board is quite manic...

We have an other treatment forum, but it includes ECT, yes it is an "other" treatment as it is not pharma medication but seems weird to put ECT and herbs and alternative treatments together, at least to me. And the label "other" treatment seems to send a not so positive image, again to me at least.
Lots of people in this forum ask questions about it but the "other treatment" forum is quite dead. I also would love a sticky in this forum.
