I sit here waiting and debating why I came here in the first place. What a bad decision it was but I felt obligated to come, even if its not good for me. I sit here but not still my legs shake my mind it races with thoughts of how to just out how to escape but no one can give me a ride. Ugh life sucks when you make decisions based on feeling obligated

Where are you Clinte that you're obligated? Family event? This time of year is especially rough with that type of stuff. For me it's a little of the opposite, I have no family nearby to visit. Yet if I did... I'd probably avoid them cuz that's how I get. But since they're not here, I miss them.

I find it hard to just say "no" too. A lot of the time I find myself going, but when I think about why, it is out of obligation and not really because I wanted to. It is hard to stop being a people pleaser.

Well my gma fell and busted her head and I was the first one on the scene and called 911 and they showed up and my dad was like let's go after her. Hint let's. So I assumed I had to go so sitting at the hospital waiting for them to get done bandaging her up to send her home. We where kinda hoping she would stay overnight but that didn't happen. But as I was sitting there I couldn't sit still not even a few minuets! It gets old not being able to sit still.

Don't be hard on yourself, that is a very stressful. I hope your grandma is okay! It's crazy that they didn't keep her. I get really anxious and move around a lot when I'm waiting, it's really annoying. I get that. People stare at me and I get paranoid what they are thinking. But, it's understandable to be anxious when at the ER.
