My dad knows his dogs birthday, but not mine... *sigh*

I'm on twitter : Meee112233 I have not yet been diagnosed, or have even seen a doctor yet, but I know that I have Depression, and I'm pretty sure that I have Bipolar Disorder. I just told my mom about this a few months ago, so I'm keeping a 'mood journal' and will eventually see a doctor about it. "Sometimes I feel like I was born backwards. , You know, like came out of my mum the wrong way? I hear words go past me backwards. The people I should love, I hate. And the people I should hate..." |

Ouch that's hurtful. Maybe you should explain that to him. I mean come on its your kid we are talking about not some dog who don't even know what's going on.

I'm his daughter. I've been here for almost 17 years, even if he hasn't. He's had this stupid dog for less than a year, and he knows when her birthday is & even said happy birthday to her. ....to a dog. With the 16 birthdays that I've had, he's never once said that to me. Not in person, not on the phone, not in a email, not even through texting..

Wow I'm sorry to hear that, maybe he had some odd reason, I would bring it up if I where you. Just a thought. Maybe he doesn't understand how important a birthday is to you.

It wouldn't do any difference. All he thinks about is himself. He doesn't give a f*** about me. I just wish he would've decided he didn't want me, before it was too late..

Well, happy birthday to you although I don't know when that is.
 People who place their pets over their children are not parents. Alll you've said bout your dad... I don't think he's healthy for you or your mom or anyone else. Try to remember that it's his problem and not you. It isn't your fault and hopefully someday you will see that he is the one with the huge problem.
