So I took my first dose of saphris.

I tried the listerine strip trick my pdoc said. I don't care if this supposed to be flavored it's gross. And my tongue is numb like from the dentist.

Does anyone else take it? Does it get more tolerable?

I took about 3 doses of it. My tongue went numb too. I ended up going inpatient. I think it was the Saphris that made me Sui. It is a listed side effect. We'll see if my pdoc agrees with me when I see her Wednesday. Don't mean to scare you. Your mileage may vary as they say. It did also numb my emotions and that was interesting and I was quite sedated on it.

Haven't tried it but apparently it has a 10% chance of increased appetite and 20% chance of sleepiness.
