im trying to make sense of whats going on with me but i cant seem to find out what i try and try and try and try and try to get proper assistance but its to no avail i have absolutely no support in dealing with this im alone in this fight and i need support to help me see that dying is not an option im heavily depressed and my family dont see why but i am and i dont know why either im here and alone

Hi--I hate that u feel alone and haven't been able to get help. I suggest u contact ur local dept of mental health and NAMI(www.namo.org). Both can help u find resources. I hope things start to change for the better.

I know that depression well. You are not alone. The chemicals in your brain are the cause. See the doctor and start with anti-depression medication. Seek someone to talk to either a counselor, faith group, or internet.
Our families are often in denial to our illness in the begining. |
