Oh Christina, I know this well. Start to feel outside of body, not connected.
Sure hope this passes & maybe you can take a nap today.
Will have you in my thoughts.
Take care.

Oh no...isn't that the worst. Not in too horrible a state, but knowing that if the sleep doesn't come soon that things are going to get rough? I hope you are somehow able to find rest.

Ahhh I go through this nonsense pretty often... I stopped stressing over it a long time ago... Stressing just makes it worse.

I will probably be pretty loopy in the coming days

Thanks everyone

Still no sleep .. But let me tell you I am getting loads of stuff done ! Moving furniture ! Painting rooms ! Super deep cleaning and reorganizing stuff....My Fibro pain is ridiculous ! But it's ok for now... I'm Okay, If I hit day 7 of no sleep, I have a plan. It's just nice to get all this stuff done that I have been unable to due my Fibro pain...

Sometimes insomnia is a wonderful gift for me

Zooooooooom Zooooooom Still no sleep ! Still doing ok ( even my husband agrees )

Fibro pain is stupid just plain stupid.

It's okay, Feels nice to just get a lot done! It will all come to a screeching halt in a few days and the pain will be overwhelming.... I'll just have to cope when it happens.

I totally agree with you. Although insomnia cause overwhelming pain, but coping with it makes it a lot easier. It helps me to get a lot of stuff done
