I'm cycling. I thought that it was depression. but now i see that it is mixed again. It will be days, even though I am a rapid cycler.

i have to be honest with you... my brain is really starting to scare me. I know how to shut it off.. but it's really hard right now. I forgot what this felt like, it's been a long time. I was starting to think I was ok too.
