so...

does anyone have 1 thing, they have to do - despite how they are feeling that day... and if they don't do it, their day is not complete?. or something is missing..

mine are:

have to brush my teeth (can't stand not too)

always eat bacon for breakfast... nothing starts the day like a good bacon sandwich

always watch emmerdale at 12 (no interuptions!)

check these forums and make at least 10 posts

and have a cuddle with my puppy

Gee... I suppose mine are coffee and checking my various online communications... I'd go bonkers if I tried to go a day without those. Pretty unoriginal!

Brushing my teeth at least 10 times a day, seriously!
Playing with my dog or him lying against me if my pain is too high to play.
Texting/talking with my Daughter.
Coming here to PC .

Brush my teeth
Take a shower with my favorite body wash and lather myself up in lovely smelling body lotions (I feel incomplete if I don't feel fresh and clean)
Have my cereal, I feel lost without it.
Speak to my boyfriend at least once a day.

And of course, check in on PC and facebook

Yes Shattered .. at least 10 times a day.. Most all medications cause dry mouth and even tho I am always drinking water (about 2 gallons a day) .. My mouth is still dry and my teeth quickly feel like they are wearing lil wool sweaters.. So I brush and brush and brush.. My dentist adores me. My husband has just gotten use to me going through so much toothpaste and brushes LOL

christina, i do know what you mean about dry mouth... it happens to me.

but what i tend to do, is take a drink of something (dr pepper, coke, ) something like that which completely iliminates it

i also eat something with flavour in... but perhaps that does not work as good for me

hankster.. not sure why i started this thread.... 1 thing you do on a daily bases is... poop?

okay..... well.... i suppose i did ask for it- and i'm glad you watch the soaps too (even if it's not the same soap as me)

do you watch it on ITV 1, or do you watch the catch up on the following day on ITV2?

i watch the catch up of emmerdale.. gives me something to do

Now that I am off Topamax, it is back to having tea. Lots and lots of tea, with and without milk, throughout the day.

And, of course, thanks Hankster for the idea, poop.

Sorry but it is a big accomplishment for me, to not be constipated, and to just go pretty much as soon as I get up. T tells me I'm a regular gal! It's like now I have my whole day ahead of me, I don't have to wait, I don't have to worry. It was a super big deal when I was growing up, and continued all my life. Til now.

I watch Corrie on Canadian tv, I'm in Michigan. I think we're a year behind. Peter just came back from California and they are talking about Boxing Day but I think it's last year. Tina just got pregnant and her boyfriend just left.
