wow, I came here hoping to find some a little understanding,Im not getting much , if at all , feedback.I appreciate what Ive read so far.Its helped me to identify some behaviors in myself.I dont know if this is a clique thing or what, I never have fit in with any cliques, thats way too high school for my age..I have a disorder, I didnt choose to have it,didnt know I had it,till a friend pointed it out to me.I got help when my thoughts where directing me to a one way ticket to jail.
thanks for what I have read, I know none of you know who I am, I get that.Until someone is willing to respond, how will anyone get to know me??

Hello wildchild r, I'm sorry you feel you haven't had much response. It is a really big website with a lot of forums. Please don't think the lack of response is a personal thing, you are very welcome here.

Hey wild Yea there are a lot of us with similar problems and most of us are more then happy to talk or discuss anything. I know I have received help from the people here when I needed it, and I found that people here don't judge you because they understand. Im glad that you found this site and hope we can make life at least a little bit easier, because its hard holding everything in.

Usually you have to start your own thread to get direct responses? Otherwise yeah it just takes a while before people start to get to know who you are and realize you are sticking around.

You've also started posting here during a holiday week. Things are slower and a lot of folks are just popping in and doing a quick check of threads they have participated in. If you are looking for support or want to talk about something in particular, do start a thread. There's a lot of great folks here. And be just a tiny bit patient over the next week because it will likely be a bit slower than usual. ++

Lol I don't even fit in with bikers. And I have a reputation here for never starting threads such that when I do, most of the responses I get are, hey good for you, you started a thread! Well not exactly! But almost. But I'm glad you spoke up. And seriously they told me on work reviews I don't fit in. Nice!

Welcome Wildchild !!!

I hope you find information and support here. I know I have

I also would advise you to start a thread and just tell everyone a little bit about yourself... but only IF you feel comfortable doing so..

Welcome ! I look forward to getting to know you better

no I don't think you are. You want answers, who can blame you. But everything takes time and patience. I know that you want to feel better then you do now and the only way to get better is to discuss whats wrong. Once you find out whats wrong you can start to move towards whats right and what makes you happy. With that said what makes you happy/ last time you remember being happy?

Hello and Welcome, Wildchild,
I am finally off from work for the holidays, which gives me more time to check the forum. I guess I missed an earlier post. I look forward to your input here.

Hi Wildchild, I only just saw this thread also. Welcome!! We are glad you are here!! (I talked to you on another thread already and hope I said welcome, but just in case). It is a quieter time of year for some, remember we have bp too, and everyone is at different places working on their issues. I was isolating quite a bit earlier in December, feeling pretty chatty now.

It's ok to feel like you don't belong, it's ok to feel how you feel about anything, imho, but it's great that you put it into words and expressed it!! I felt that same way a year ago here, no one here's fault, just where I was at in my head. I felt really odd and often excluded as a child, and my insecurities still follow me around sometimes.

This place is technically just a forum, but has become a support system for many of us. My pdoc considers this place a form of psychotherapy for me, and I think she's right. It's a tool, so partly is up to you to use it to it's best potential. Keep posting, and I hope you will find good support and friendships here as well. I think you will. I look forward to more posts from you and to get to know you better.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
