I recommend meditation. Takes a little while to get past the "boredom" of meditating, but once you come into contact with the peace it can generate it'll be worth it. I don't do it as much as I'd like to but I always enjoy it when I do.

Take a really fast walk or jog if you can , It helps burn off all those symptoms

All of us here have truggled with depression. I think I can safely say that most have struggled with anxiety and some of us have struggled or ar struggling with short-temper. I know I've struggled with short temper, I struggle with depression at times, and I have constant anxiety.
