Just found out that an acquaintance's adult daughter with bipolar overdosed on prescription meds and died.

Does anyone else feel this way? When you hear about a suicide, you feel sort of a tug or an undertow, as if that person's suicide is about to pull you under, too?

It happened just weeks ago to my cat sitter
S great niece at fourteen, hanging, completely endogenous with nothing situational as the girl herself said. Counseling did not help. Meaningless world.
