Alot less anxious and feeling less stressed its weird, bcoz nothing has changed externally, I guess mulling over Jamesy's words about how I WILL be ok even if I'm not right now, resonated somewhere in my subconcious... will try the panini / gingerale trick tomorrow again, it makes eating feel almost normal. Idk what to do Saturday tho, might go hiking, wont bail if the weather permits. How I'm to make it to the top of the mountain running on liquid is beyond me, the climb is challenging enough as it is...

Just keep well hydrated, esp. if it is sunny.

If the gingerale makes you a little queasy you might want to try ginger tea or even peppermint tea. Those can help with upset stomachs but don't have the sugar or bubbles from ginger ale. Also it will be more hydrating.
