Right now it varies as I am still adjusting from the jet lag, even though it was the least troublesome jet lag in my life. Soon I will need to be on an early schedule because of work and because of my plan to swim in the mornings before work - so my answer, I HOPE, will soon be between 6- 8 a.m

On the days that I go to the gym, ( 3x a week)I get up at 4:15 so I can get there about 5:30. Less people and better parking spots. On work days I get up about 6:00.
