hi
just came across this site a few days ago, i'm having a hard time using it, is there an area with an actual chat room for bipolars, i'm in need of some support and someone to talk to, i'm confused on how to use the forums to talk to people, can anybody help? thanx

hi and welcome
there is the chat room, click up top. you need to be a member for a day or something before you can go in. not a lot of specifically bpers seem to be in there, but there are nice people to talk to there. And then sometimes there will be group chats led by DocJohn like a Q&A. If you want bpers to chat with you in there, maybe make a post here and see if anyone can go in to join you., |
