or I will not amount to anything. My concious is constantly talking in my head. Cannot stop thinking. I can never relax. I need to get on geodon in place of my risperdal. It seems to have better reviews. I also need to get on adderrall bc it relaxes me and clears my head a little bit

Hang in there! Remember that it's not permanent.

What dosage of Risperdal are you on? Are you on a mood stabilizer?

I need to locate the spaceship that I arrived here in and immediately re-locate!

I'm sorry you got the racing head real bad...but I wouldn't rely too much on the drugs

sometimes we just gotta' fly blind

I always have crazy racing thoughts for me aderall made my anxiety go through the roof. Lithium helped but the side effects were to much. I was put on tegretol a few weeks and for the first time y obsessive thoughts are 80percent gone. Maybe a mood stabilizer would help.

When I am all wound up tight and I'm dealing with racing thoughts and hallucinations are in high gear....... Sometimes I just tell myself " okay fine I don't care about it all right now " there are times when you have no choice but to swim upstream..But... Sometimes its best to just float along and allow yourself to let go.

I am so sorry you haven't found a medication that has helped you yet

Do you ever get the racing thoughts that are like having multiple trains of thoughts at once? That drives me up a wall.

I also have a brain that works over-time. I think this is a large reason why my Dr out me on Seroquel too

I used to have racing thoughts, it was constant fighting with myself and sometimes with other two voices. Sometimes it was just two voices with my own voice. Then other times, another was added it could be the voice of a boyfriend etc. All different trains of thought. Now I wonder, how fast was my brain working to have so much crap running. It took me forever to go to sleep too, because I just couldn't have my mind blank at all. When I tried I was constantly talking to myself "be blank"... I don't think that's how it works lol After using topamax they went away, my train of though/cognition became noticeably slow too. When I stopped the medicine because I was so blank I couldn't even retrieve my memories, nothing went back to normal. I only have one consciousness voice, no more super speeding obsessive thoughts. Things slowed down, I'm not as fast thinking as before. I don't know how or why it became permanent. I still can't believe it happened... But only God knows, probably it was a good thing..

I can't believe I used to be like that and that topamax changed me! I kind of feel robbed of myself but on the other hand I don't miss having these at all.
