Lamictal and risperdal are not doing their job. I have a feeling lithium will be my miracle drug. I will let you guys know if it works!

I hope it works for you but like rossiv46 said you have to give it time to get the level right. Wish you the best of luck lithium has helped me something fierce.

Hope it works. Don't be surprised if you're thirsty a lot and get a small tremor to your hands. I"m also on Lithium.

I started lithium 2 weeks ago... Drink plenty of water, it dries the throat something fierce.. Hope it works for you

I take Lithium also .. I have no side effects at all. As the others have said ... Increase your fluids.

I have one side effect: thyroid dysfunction. I take Levoxyl for it and it fully solves the problem. I think it is a very manageable side effect and the many good things Lithium provides are worth it.
