none .... restlessness doesnt really go away ... you cant be productive for 24*7 ... its possible for like 4-5 days in a week max ....

and i am afraid of getting back on mood stabilizers .... though they might work for you ....

For me it has been Seroquel.
I have a love hate relationship with it. Love because of it's calming effect, hate because of a large weight gain.

If I can get to the gym a good workout helps.
This might seem trite but petting my cats.

For bad restlessness for me Seroquel has really helped.

Hope you feel better

Yoga takes it away for me, meds increased it so I took the meds away. Venus suggested Bach Essences and that might be a big help. Usually now when I am feeling restless it is because I did not get enough activity, or too much mundane cleaning etc. So I do some yoga, go for a walk, or plan a snowboarding day or just try to find something different to do.

Ativan, Temazepam, Valium, Seroquel, Ambien,...

I've been on a ton of meds to take the edge off. All of them did the trick, but the most effective were Ativan and Seroquel. I try to stay away from them because they leave me feeling stupid and hungover and completely incapable of accomplishing anything. However, they were life-savers when my anxiety was so severe that I felt like something was pressing down on my lungs.

I prefer early-morning exercise, yoga, meditation, and long, hot baths to medication.

Not trying to be smart mouth, but removing sugar from the diet is a huge help in
relieving restlessness. Until we do that, the mind never really knows what its normal, natural condition should be--which is a calm, quiet feeling tone.

Seroquel worked the best for me, but I stopped it because I was one of the ones who really was gaining too much weight. I am currently finding that taking a couple of walks a day and meditating are helpful.

None anymore. I excsersize when the depression or anxiety gets too bad. I used to think that pills would make my existential frustration go away but all my problems are just human problems and pills (to me) mask it. I have to beat it on my own. But definately excersizing is a huge help

The only time I ever was restless was ON Seroquel. Had to go off it for this reason. But it was an unusual reaction.
