sometimes i have delusions. Do you have episodes of this? is it part of being bipolar?

It definitely is for me. I get paranoid delusions and before I know it I am gearing up to defend myself from everyone. cuz you know, they are all out to get me lol.

Most times I know when I get delusions. Like in the chat rooms I would delusions. It was not helped when I felt I was too slow to make a response. So, now, I do games and posts.
