I looked back and my last breakdown on here was 1 - 25.
then again yesterday on 2 - 8.

thats exactly 14 days apart. that's how long my episodes are in between in the past! 14 or so days of depression and then hypo rage for a day or so.

hmmmmm....

has anyone else noticed any patterns with me on here?

That is very interesting that your cycles appear to be so regular. I'd suggest that you start tracking your moods to see if that pattern persists over time. I take the depression and mania quizzes on this site at the same time everyday to track my mood.

I'm a scorpio. That's interesting that you have noticed a difference between the mornings and the afternoon time. I will have to think about that and be mindful of that.

Haha; I've always seen strong parallels between manic depression and lycanthropy.

Blue, are you Wiccan? I'm only asking because I'm interested in possibly learning more about Wicca.

Formerly yes, but I couldn't find any one religion that really covered everything I needed so now I just consider myself spiritual but not religious. Pm me.

I like the bp Lycan connection!

Dan. My older sons a Scorpio too. Well both sons are, but older one has the bp dx and the drugs and legal problems. lots of rage in that kid. but he did dishes and made me creme brulee at midnight lol. Water signs like cancer and Scorpio are more likely affected by moon phases.

Moon cycles affect me a lot, not kidding. I don't even need to look at a calander to know when the full and new moon are. I'm a scorpio as well Dan. And interesting observation Shattered made, same for me, evening are harder emotionally that early morning or day time, as the tides rise.. Fitting for a water sign. They used to think scorpio was ruled by mars until they discovered pluto and assigned that to scorpio, now astrologers can't agree weather it is mars or pluto, or just pluto that rules scorpio. And scientists can't agree weather the furthest from the sun.. Pluto is even a planet or not haha.. maybe a dwarf planet. Thats a little interesting on the scorpio topic. I don't know a lot about pluto except that is has a very eccentric orbit.

I don't know how much stalk to place in astrology but I do know that the traits of scorpio.. I have them all to a T.

I haven't been tracking for a while. But...

I have a pattern of about 1-5 days of depression, then 1-4 days of hypo/mania. Even in being mixed I have "depressed mixed" and "manic mixed." So I'm a bit more one than the other... Before I started havign the mixed things I would also have 1-4 days of none, but that was a few years ago now.

Pluto what a cool planet! It does have it's own orbit and goes like off the grid of the flattish plane all the other planets go round. I'm a Virgo they say my planet is called Vulcan and hasn't been discovered yet sounds like earth to me lol.

I am born a Leo but I"m not very Leo, sometimes but not always. I'm more a Goat (which is my other sign.) I'm a lion and goat so I attack myself. That makes sense.

My husband is a Sag, buuuuut, he's in that group that is supposedly part of that other "new" sign (or old sign, the 13th sign,) the one that starts with an O. He is not a Sag at all but when I read that other sign it was 100% him! So I totally believe the signs are screwed up and I'm also a lot like Cancer often more than Leo.... (I think I'd be right on the cusp if that other sign was used, soooo, yeah, it makes a lot of sense.)

This could possible indicate a vitamin D deficiency. (If you're happier when there is sunlight out..)

I don't think I completely fit Virgo interpretations nor does my boyfriend complete fit Gemini description. When we first started dating I would enter our signs in stuff and they always said we should stay away from one another.

On another interesting note, my other good friends (in the past) who were Geminis have all stopped talking to me. (Generally because of a fight etc)
