There is too much yelling and slamming of things. It's definitely triggering. I've been watching my show. I keep getting interrupted. I hate this.

I want to attack people. So much for Zyprexa working.

Oh yes, when there's a lot of noise I find it unsettling to. I hope it quiets down for you.
Thanks for this!

Hey Moose,
I really get this one! I absolutely detest it when everyone decides to need me when I turn on the tv or, God forbid, take a nap! Sometimes I lose it completely-not pretty. Lately my bp son has been complaining to anyone who will listen that I sleep all of the time. I'm sure his t got an ear full last night. The funny thing about it is that he was taking a nap when we were supposed to go to his appointment, and wouldn't get up in time to eat first.
Good luck finding some of your own time, Moose!

Invest in some noise cancelling headphones.

throw a few things. It will scare them, they will get the hint and leave the room. Clothes aren't convincing, so maybe pick up someone's iPod or DS and send it on a journey.

Who is doing this and why? Sounds distressing.

Oh I hate constant interruptions when I'm trying to relax and either watch a show or play a game. That really triggers me. The worst is when you get interrupted, go do what needs done, come back, and the moment your butt hits the chair you hear "Mommy, can I have some (insert snack or drink here). It's like they wait for it. LOL

And too much repetitive noises really bug me. Repetitive noise, and flashing lights.

I dunno. I always imagine that my kids are involved and it scares me.
