I mentally pull out the file that I have created that is called my happy moments and record this hour to memory. When difficult times come, I can walk down my memory lane and know that life has been, is and will be kind to me, I can suffer bravely.

Very good!

I enjoy writing down good moments on a piece of paper, folding it up and putting it into a glass jar. Then when I am feeling down, I open it up, unfold the pieces and read what I have written.
