So not smoking is not going well for me.

but I will not give up....

and running is pissing me off. prolly cuz I used to run so far, and running a constant half mile right now, or a total of 3.5 miles running and walking doesn't seem like anything to me right now... I'm so discouraged. I won't give up cuz I can feel my lungs and breathing improving dramatically right now, regardless of the ciggarettes I have been smoking during the day. But I won't give up.

I want back my long run! I want back my usual run, and my quick run. I want it back!

okay, rant over lol.
