Diagnosed bipolar.

A lot makes sense now since researching BP. I have a little OCD (counting) and psychomotor agitation (biting and tearing the skin around my nails) durning hypomania.

I'm almost relieved to have this diagnosis. It's like putting a name to a face. And I can deal.

Welcome to the Bipolar Express! Sometimes it's a long, strange trip, and the ride can get pretty hairy from time to time, but at least you're among friends here. We understand, and we care.

I know...there are things I've been doing or feeling for as long as I can remember and now the light has switched on and I'm like so that's why ....

My mom a,ways said that knowing is half the battle.

Course I'm in an upswing so perhaps I'm a little more optimistic than usual. Lol
