Has anyone just felt bored. Bored of t.v., forget about reading, online, gym, jiu jitsu; nothing seems to keep my attention. wtf is going on. Evertything is boring, boring boring.

Everything being boring is often a red flag for depression for me.

I guess I never looked as depression because i force myself to still do things like gym, but I'm not as productive. Thanks for input. So i guess I;m in depression. I prefer mania at least things get done.

That happens to me and sometimes no matter how I sit, I can't be comfortable. Pain sets in and everything hurts. I decide I'm dying of some dreadful disease that has been silently spreading. Zonk myself out and sleep in my worries. Am I sleeping or is my mind just racing?

can you get a job? or volunteer somewhere? It helps when 8 hours of your day are occupied, then by the time you go to the gym, etc. eat dinner, watch tv, you will be ready for bed.
