I think that we all draw that line in the sand
and tell ourselves that we can only take this much and anything beyond what we can take puts us out of control I think that sometimes we have no choice but to give in when we can't fight it anymore it's temporary, but we all need the break sometimes I think that the symptoms can really freak us out a lot of times now that we know what is happening it almost seemed a little easier when I had no clue about what it was I think that the diagnosis of bp comes with a lot of responsibility It's like being handed something that you have to take care of that you don't want to, that isn't easy, but you have to I think that knowing oneself is MI makes it harder to express oneself cuz there is always that thought...... "Is it really me, or the illness" I think that sometimes it gets as serious as I let it like it has no boundaries, and it will go as far as it is allowed to go... I think that emotional instability is the biggest trigger for my bp symptoms and that I have done good getting the emotions under control and the symptoms have been minimilized..... i think that as long as you can forget to take the meds... then they are working....lol I think that learning to share online, helps us know who we really are... and that by deciding/learning who we really are.... helps us grip what is happening to and with us....... and that by understanding this, we can change the things that we want... I don't think that anyone wants to be sick. I don't think that anyone wants to be Manic Depressive I think that I think too much... :/ |
