That's how I feel right now. Sad. Not depressed, it's not as painful as depression. Just sad and reflective.
Every time I watch a movie or a tv show lately, I feel like this. We saw a comedy in my philosophy class the other day...it almost made me cry (lol) because I could feel the hidden melancholic parts so well. My session with my t was cut short today, because a girl in crisis needed her. Hearing about someone being in so much pain that she was sui really affected me. At least that's something that probably would affect everyone. Unlike my getting into a somber mood over a "comedy". Can you guys relate?

I can sit through an entire hilarious comedy act and not laugh a single time. It's usually a sign I might be about to go into depression. But sometimes, even if something is really funny, it just doesn't get to me. Weird. Sad, things, they always get to me.
Last night, for example, I was watching one of my favorite new shows. And it's a comedy (because I love to watch comedy.) Well, something happened in the show to one of the characters that actually happened to me in the past, during the very dark time when I first came here to PC. Anyway, the characters around this one going through this thing reacted to her totally differently than to what happened to me. They reacted to her as I wish had happened to me, I guess. But, it brought all that pain up like a volcano and I began sobbing uncontrolably.... So... triggers, they can be everywhere and when you least espect it.
