I can't remember to take my meds at night because they're downstairs. Now I feel depressed. I'm lonely too but I wouldn't even feel like doing anything anyway. Too many problems. Can't text my T unless I've used skills first but what's the use.

Hi, Ya, Butterflying! Welcome.
Take your meds upstairs. No kidding, I keep a little plastic container upstairs where my meds are labeled and indicated for morning or night use. If you take them first thing in the morning, they're there for you right after your brush your teeth. If you take them at night, they're there for you when you brush your teeth in preparation for bedtime. It's so simple. (It's organized; maybe that's what you're having a little difficulty with.) Do change your method of taking them so that you have an easily-followed routine. The loneliness is harder to answer for you. There is always a certain amount of loneliness in life, although for the happy individual it is less severe. I wish I knew how to tell you that meditation helps. Listening to your little child's thoughts within you and soothing her might be a way to console yourself. Try reading some things about the little child within. This is a paperback that I've enjoyed immensely called Recovery of Your Inner Child by Lucia Capacchione, Ph.D. "The highly acclaimed method for liberating your inner self"--or "Let Me Out So I Can Be Creative And Heal You" are indicated on the cover regarding the content of her work. Good wishes. Last edited by anonymous8113; Mar 02, 2013 at 10:32 PM. |

Unless the meds need to be taken with food or a glass of milk, there is no point in storing them in the kitchen - get organized as Genetic advised.
