I posted last night about my mom being in a bad situation. This morning I looked at her Facebook page and 8 hours ago she posted wanting to know how much damage a 9 mm hollow point to the head would do. I think she is now planning to kill her abusive ex H. What do I do? Do I go back to the cops again and show them her post?? Maybe if they see they post they will take me more seriously?
What do I do??

Yes, go to the police. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this.

Take care,

I found a sheriffs deputy but he was off duty. He told me to go the sheriffs dept. I'm here now waiting on a deputy.

Everything is okay. The sheriffs dept went to her house this morning and things were fine. She wouldn't go with them. They said they could get her help but only if she wanted, she doesn't think she needs it. I've done all I can now. All I can do now is just keep her away from my kids since she is obviously not stable.

I would try to look into involuntary commitment as she seems to be becoming a threat to herself.

I am with MM. The laws on involuntary commitment vary by state. You have to look up TEXAS.
