I think it would work rather well if you used urine instead of other bodily discharges
Thanks for this!

He'll have to answer that, Newtus.

But I was thinking about my shy kidneys. Like I'll need to provide a sample at the doc's office and I just can't.

The acid in the urine might help to clean the grime and whatnot off of you, but remember, although sterile at first, pee is a breeding ground for bacteria that would grow all over your skin. It would stink and could lead to bacterial infections, which are no good at all.

My advice: stick to soap and water.

I have read that there is a moment of release and letting go when using the bathroom which can be very helpful to examine. It is especially interesting for people who are trying to learn progressive muscle relaxation or meditation or things like Yoga. With progressive muscle relaxation in particular the goal is to emphasize the contrast between the feeling of holding tension and the feeling of letting it go. This is accomplished by tensing up the body as much as possible first and then releasing that tension. The problem is that even though it is a relaxation exercise, many people actually finish more tense than when they began. So. Going to the bathroom. That initial moment of release.
