I see my new pdoc tomorrow @ 10am. I'm gonna see if we can add some depakote to the lamictal until I'm at a therapeutic dose of the lamictal. I'm desperate and dealing with just too much and am desperately overwhelmed. Family sucks sometimes. and our children can be so ungrateful.....teenagers.

I should be grateful though bc at my son's age I was out of control and running away all the time hanging around ppl that didn't have the best of intentions. So it could be worse.

Good luck with your new pdoc. I hope they are really helpful.
Hope your kids start to realise how lucky they are to have you, but I didn't really appreciate my parents till years after I moved out of home.

I hope it goes well Passion, thinking of you! I can't remember if you e tried lithium but when lamictal didn't help me, lithium seemed to work fast. I still have bottle of lithium, almost went back on it this morning, but going to wait it out. Mainly for me, I prefer klonopin to the bp meds, cuz now I'm not in a major depression thanks god, and I just like help winding down during a freak out or help sleep at night.

All the best! Thinking of you and I hope you can soon get onto meds that help. Teenagers are always a tricky bunch to navigate around
