Hi. I just wanted to say sorry for my absence. I joined and was trying to lend support to people though I was new and trying to get to know people myself. Then I got this terrible bout of separation anxiety, GAD, and OCD. I was rendered incapacitated for weeks. I'm on Lamictal now though not at the therapeutic dose yet, plus something for sleep and anxiety. They seem to be settling me a bit. Anyway, the point is that I abandoned ship for a good while and just wanted to apologize to everyone. It's no way to start a group. I really want to get to know you guys so we can help each other out. Anyway, enjoy your weekend, and thanks for understanding.

No need to apologize, Sassymck. Everyone probably has stopped posting at one time or another and comes back to try to help.

Glad you're back and hope you find themes that are of interest and that you might give advice to help solve problems.
