I'm really worried about you this sounds serious like possibly urgent medical
 I don't know what to say I wish I could help you. I'm not pro-meds exactly But maybe it's time to go to the ER? And get checked out psych and physically. Sorry if I sound overreacting I'm just worried and care about you

I'm so sorry if I said something wrong...? Im not sure whats going on.
I'm going through something scary too right now... Starting back on my lithium tonight, maybe calling my pdoc about it tomorrow and hope she'll see me even tho I can't pay hoping u are ok. I care about u very much and sending love.
