I'm at a friend's house. I don't want to go home but I don't want to stay. She's so nice to me. I don't know what to think. We' e had a fine day. I'm getting tired. I don't want to be alone but I need to go to bed eventually. Anybody? Bueller?

Probably is the Zyprexa, but I think you might wish to call your psychiatrist and let
him/her know that you're having a difficult time of it with sleep that's inadequate.

Please call your doctor and request help; there's a quick solution to it if you just have the right meds.

Zyprexa can cause nightmares for some. Makes me wonder if you're avoiding sleep because of the possibility of nightmares? If that's it, request another med.

I find the antihistamine Zyxal is effective. (It's doctor prescribed 5 mg., 1
nightly. It's a concentrated form of Zyrtec and very helpful for restful sleep.)

Bipolars build up histamine in their systems, in my view, and it disturbs sleep when
it gets too high. I hope the problem is nothing more than something of that sort.

Please keep a regular sleep schedule, too. This spring season (with its bright sunshine) can have a negative effect on your sleep. Try wearing sun glasses in the afternoon and avoid too much bright light from tv in late afternoon and early evening.

Circadium rhythms enter into the picture, too, so you need to get things stabilized for you and be comfortable in your home for a nightly routine rest schedule.

Take care and keep in touch, please.

Call your Pdoc .. Until then do some exercise morning or mid day. and then just distract yourself... take pictures , find a hobby to do in the evenings.. Im using the clay its very helpful for me . every bad thought you have .. say out loud a good thing in your life. Turn all the negative into a positive. I think , just my opinion.. you need to work in therapy to find out WHY you fall into this mood so often .

Take care of you . Pm me anytime and Ill respond as soon as possible

I have GAD so I am anxious a lot about every little thing. So, that's just me.

But, if all my thoughts are negative and I can't convince myself otherwise, I know I'm starting to be more depressed. But for me anxiety can fuel both sadness and rage, so, it's a tricky thing.

Hope you have a good dinner. Zyprexa has a 21–54 hours half-life, so you can safely take it in the evening if you usually take it in the morning. How often are you going to therapy? I hope you feel better soon.

I take half in the morning and half in the evening- Zyprexa.

Family is here talking of other family members and how they're building houses and how their lives are wonderful. Mine is a failure. I have my kids but once the grow up I won't have that either.

you will always have kids. It's not like when you play video game that once you get to certain level it's over.

are you open to alternatives? Bach essences are wonderful. I recently discovered emotional freedom technique too, so I am tapping myself for the bad feelings... and it's somewhat better.

you can always pull the overbearing slavic mother stuff and call them if they ate (or call them in night to ask why they are not sleeping . J/k... but it's not that it's over. If you have good relationship in era of fast electronic communication and fast transport... not really problem.

Would while foods have anything? I need something to stop these thoughts. I can't stand how everybody has a life that's moving up and mine is moving down down down.
