Lately I've been experiencing a weird mood in the morning. I get demotivated to do anything or go anywhere. I use to attend church faithfully unless ill. I haven't went to church in three weeks. I lose my appetite and just want to crawl in bed. Does anyone else experience this?

Sounds like the morning blahs to me. I'm more likely to be depressed in the morning unless triggered. I'm more manic in the evening. In the afternoon I'm more in the fog.
