Hi,
From my understanding we all just try different meds until the right combination is found. The first two meds I tried didn't work. The second two did. THEN depression set in so we increased one of my meds. Increasing didn't help so I started taking an additional med. I hate that your going through this and know that your not alone. I'm sure you know that it's important to stay in contact with your pdoc.

Best wishes

Sometimes, they just dont work. That's when you need to up the dose or try another one. Call your pdoc and let them know what you've told us here.

I have been on every mood stabilizer except lithium, most every SSRI, and some SNRI. I have never been put on an anti-psychotic. Adjustments and new cocktails along with life style changes just come with the territory.
