So I had this huge project and for about a week and a half and I finally finished it today! But now I have 0 motivation to do other types of work. I was really stressed out by this huge project. I am dreading the fact I have to do it every quarter from now on....

Does anyone else experience that after something extremely stressful they can't focus on other work?

Yep. After an argument I usually can't do homework, or after writing an important paper I can't do other things.

I do when stress or anxiety hit me.
The only thing that works for me is eating a healthy meal. Then I open the curtains and soak up the sunshine. Abt an hour later I was able to get out of bed (I had been in bed all morning).
