Can you do some physical exercise? I went through a very short phase like that on Saturday and thought I was going to explode. I was driving at the time, so it could have been dangerous

Exercise is a good idea. I tend to pace when I feel that way, and talk to myself. Not exactly productive, but it gets that antsy feeling out. I'm guessing pacing and talking to yourself in your current living space wouldn't be a good idea. So, maybe some push ups or something.

Hope you feel better today.
