Does this happen to you?
I just send a message to a friend and then forgot ever having sent it. Of course, I'm really tired today, so that could be part of it. __________________ Wellbutrin XL 300 mg Ingrezza 80 mg Propranolol 20 mg 2x/day Invega 1.5 Mania (December 2023) Mixed episode/Hypomania (September 2023) Depression, Anxiety and Intrusive thoughts (September 2021) Depression & Psychosis (July/August 2021) Mania (April/May 2019) |

Yeah, this happens to me all the time. I'll punch in for work. Then punch in again not even 5 seconds later. It screws up my time card and then I have to confess it to my boss so she can fix it.
I will remember things like "I'm going to put this away." I put it away. I can't remember where exactly I put it away. Four weeks ago I lost one of the extra pieces to one of our xbox controllers by doing that. I still can't find. But I remember thinking, "i'm putting this away so I don't lose it." Shows how much that worked. __________________ |

I hate the cognitive decline I've experienced with the progression of my BP. The meds don't help that either, but I have to have them in order to function at all. I can't even read books anymore, and I used to be a voracious reader. I have to review every single article I write lest I repeat what I said in an earlier paragraph (and I do that a LOT). My concentration is $#!+. And my short-term memory is practically nonexistent. Pisses me off to no end!!

I use to really forget things before
I was on Lithium. Now I don't forget as many. But I use a reminder app on my phone. I sit things next to the door that I'll need the next day. I've even put things in my car that I'll need the next day. I sent an email to my son and two weeks later I was abt to sent it again. I checked my sent mail. I've paid bills and couldn't remember if I did. __________________ #SpoonieStrong Spoons are a visual representation used as a unit of measure to quantify how much energy individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses have throughout a given day. 1).
